One of the most considerate and beautiful stays I’ve had in years
✓ We came as a group of women and had an excellent stay. Lovely setting, lovely food and lovely wine! The junior suite rooms are big enough for 3, they are comfortable and welcoming, the property is beautiful, thoughtfully laid out and extremely well presented and maintained. The staff were incredible and laid out breakfast in our room when we were leaving early to go up Etna. We felt like our stay was very good value for money.
✗ The restaurant is slightly more pricey, so we didn’t eat there every night and there were excellent options in the village just a 5 minute drive away.

Charming, elegant, perfect!!!
✓ Just beautiful facilities! The staff are just so kind and they really have fun while working. The food is incredible, fresh ingredients with products from Etna. The wood carving in the room and all around is just so phenomenal! Would def go back!!!

✓ We chose this hotel after reading the reviews. I knew the hotel would be good but it actually was amazing. The hotel was very clean and had a really good relaxing feel. It is in a beautiful location and very easy to get to Mount Etna by car for our excursion as recommended by the hotel. The restaurant was also amazing. We had great food and all the staff in the hotel where very helpful, polite and professional at all times, especially Marco and Dario! I cannot recommend this hotel enough I cannot wait to return to this hotel one day.

It was so perfect, an overnight stay was too short. We will be back for a few more nights.
✓ Everything. The location, the gardens, the pool, the extremely helpful staff and the room itself. Everything here has been decorated to the highest standard. We would like to return for a week.
