Beautiful place, friendly people we would had liked to have someone to bring drinks to the pool

✓ I liked the location overlooking at the red sea, I also liked the friendliness of the front office personnel, I liked that it was next to the shoping mall and the pool is beautiful.

✗ The hotel is too pricy for internationals and is thought for local turism, There is not a pool bar where you can order drinks or food to the pool we had to upgrade our room because the room that we initially booked did not look to the ocean and we paid more.

Exceptional

✓ The Staff....the staff and incredible amenities were the highlight of our stay. There area many hotels on the Eilat coast. I promise you, there's only ONE resort experience. The Aria!

✗ Rooms are kind of old and need some renovation. Dident smell good, all with old carpets, not very confortable. Pretty expensive for what it is. Only very shiny "from outside" and pictures .......

✓ Great sea view, Great stuff and amazing pool area.

✗ 1. Breakfast was “okay”, a lot of choices but the quality was a bit poor for some of the food. 2. The water pressure in the room was a bit weak.

Disappointing

✗ The hotel is not meeting the 5 star sign. It is a 3 star hotel . Service is poor, minibar is empty, you should ASK for everything that usually exist in 5star hotel. No even parking serviced for guests. :(
