Very good

✓ The location is very good. There is a big supermarket close to the apartment and a nice town park. The distance to the centre is about 20 min walking. The apartment is cosy and well equipped.

✗ I overestimated my willingness to get the apartment by stairs several times a day. That is the last (six) floor and when you are carrying the staff from the store, it is really not exciting. This is rather my problem, but this factor shall be considered when you choose the property. I stay in the warm period and my windows were always opened, but there was construction work just in front of my balcony. People work with the terrible noise for 5 days a week from 7 to 16h. Actually, there is no one district in Banja Luka currently that avoid the same problems. Constructions are everywhere. I also feel a strong smoking smell in the room, probably all furniture and cushions have absorbed it for many years.

My favourite place. First time 10's on everything.

✓ Everything. I am a Booking 'professional' and this is officially my favourite place. The hostess is the BEST. The apartment is the BEST. Super Clean, organized, cozy, tastefully decorated, comfortable, quiet, secure and has everything one needs. From doing laundry to cooking to getting work done. It's on the top floor (4th) and has great views from the balcony that gets morning sun. Close to Delta, Mercator, Tropic, health food store, a big park - all walking distance. Center is about 4-5 blocks after the park. Plus, since there is no elevator, you save time by exercising every time you come 'home' :-) The host should write a book on what "paying attention to details" means. Excellent job.

✗ I wanted to stay longer but couldn't because someone already booked 'my place' :-)
