Excellent breakfast, super friendly staff, very helpfull, roomy and clean rooms. super quick elevator and the location is about 30 min walk from the old city centre

Location is great, the hotel rooms are located at 20+ floors so view to the city is good enough. All requests like, bottle of water or toothbrush were resolved really fast

Once I checked in I had issues with my room, a door lock was not working, light in the bathroom was working partially. (Once I told about it the staff understood my room number, so they known about the issue and did not fix it). Repairman was trying to fix the door for about an hour and was tried to do it faster but I showed (twice) him that it doesn’t work well even after his fix. - Breakfasts are without changes entire week. Poor variety. - Water pressure at 23 floor was weak - NO electrical sockets near the bed, so to charge the phone you should leave at the table.

Its quite clean and pretty much convenient place in terms of transportation. 10/10

Sound problem between the rooms is annoying. I had to hear the sounds in next room. I believe some additional items needed to reduce sound problem in the rooms. But this fact is not enough to decrease the point alone. So 10/10 !!! Out of this, all perfectly provided.

The room was an excellent size and had lots of nice furniture. The room was equipped with a television, a seating area, two work desks, a fridge and a Tchibo pod coffee machine. I recommend the excellent breakfast. I was on the 22nd floor and had an amazing view of Warsaw.

The skimpy hospitality tray - two coffee pods and powdered coffee creamer. For four stars there should have been more pods and proper milk.

The location of the hotel is just great, a 20 minute walk from Warsaw central station and near many shops and fancy restaurants. My room was spacious and the bathroom well equipped, with a stunning view of the skyline of the city. Also I found my room very clean!

The staff… it’s like they are not interested in anything at all. A smile for them is hard! Also the reception should be tidied up better, it’s more like the reception of a youth hostel. I arrived late evening and found stuff of the cleaning dept. in the middle the hallways such as vacuum cleaners.

The hotel is nice, the room was with an old style decoration and the most important was super clean. The hotel is not in the center but is about 30 minutes walking. Is around 35 minutes from Chopin airport in public transportation,

The Breakfast is very expensive 80 PLN per person and not worth it. The atmosphere is pleasant but there is not much variety of food. For that price you can enjoy a good breakfast outside and enjoy in the old town or the center of the city.

Dear Guest, Our hotel has an underground parking, which is connected with an elevator. Cost of the parking is 70 PLN per day for one car. For the check-in you can leave your car in front of the hotel, someone at the reception desk will explain how to get to the parking. There is no need to book it in advance.
