The staff and facilities made my stay a comfortable and enjoyable one.
✓ The room was to my liking. It was clean, had the facilities I needed, and lots of storage.
✗ At times the key card did not work on the first swipe, which was a slight irritation.

✓ The location is very convenient for visiting the fair across the river. The facilities in the room were good, but not all rooms are equal. Some are very small.
✗ The lack of air-conditioning was unpleasant during the hot summer weather. The communications to the centre of Lyon is relatively long.

Excellent location, well connected to city metro services
✓ Very friendly staff; polite and offered excellent customer care. Rooms are comfortable with inbuilt kitchen with fridge, stove, utensils and microwave. However, room service provided once every three days or so. It's almost like a serviced apartment. Very good connectivity to city metro services. Many restaurants around the hotel.
✗ Corridors are not that clean; and carpets are dusty.

✓ I like the room, which was indeed a tiny flat, but complete of every needs. The bathroom was essential, but complete. Breakfast was really of high quality
✗ AIR CONDITIONING!!!!! It's unbelievable that an hotel, or mini apartments as in this case, doesn't have an air conditioning system, but just a mobile fan. Outside was 40°C, inside not much less. Cleanings once a week is really poor, even if I can understand not having them daily, but at least every two days.

Hello, due to renovation work on the heating system and the airconditioning. We do not have a working airconditioning for the moment. But we provide a fan to our clients. All our apparments are equiped with a complete kichenette. Sincerely, Richard
