8/10 ok if you want to be close to the city centre

✓ The bedroom was nice and comfortable, the restaurant offerings in the Palazzo were good and it’s a good location if you want to be close to the city centre. But not the beach.

✗ The shower is really not ideal, floods of water creep out all over the bathroom as the glass door doesn’t block any of the water from going out. The staff are friendly but can be slow to help. Definitely rent a car when staying here if you want to visit the beach or go further than the city centre because for some reason, the hotel can help you get a taxi to wherever you’re going but heaven help you if you need to get back. Luckily a local helped me with a number for a taxi company but they are super expensive - EUR 30 for a 15 min car ride. The staff take a long time to follow up on anything with you, you have to call several times. There’s no water to drink or anything in the rooms, you have to get room service. The rooms are not soundproof so you hear the cleaning staff all day and on the weekends the palazzo area comes alive with music and singing. It’s nice but if you want to sleep it will be hard. There was a really foul smell coming from the room telephone, it’s hard to describe. The pool was not working so I feel I paid a lot of money for nothing, should’ve been discounted. The breakfast was ok. Overall I wouldn’t rate this a 5 star to be honest, but a good 4-star.

Friendly and helpful staff and good location.

✓ Staff was outstanding-very polite and helpful. Nicola,the concierge was especially helpful! Daniel in the bar was fun, attentive and knows how to make a good drink. The house keeping staff was also very kind and accomodating.

✓ Well located, nice hotel room, comfortable bed, good breakfast selection, good hotel bar, well equipped fitness room, personal very friendly and service oriented, just perfect.
