Very Recommendable Small Hotel Center Las Palmas
✓ The hotel is small, but nice and cosy. Marisa as La Dueña is very supportive and forthcoming regarding information and tips and hints, even with my level of spanish speaking ;-) The location is nice, halfway up north of Las Palmas, in a quite neighbourhood. Bus stations (1,12,2,22,25) are near and provide good north-south connections. There is also a nice beach (without bars etc) just ca 200m away, for a quick dip in the cool sea. My room 7 was on the top floor of the house, with a terrassa to have a light pre-dinner spanish style in the early evenings. The room also had working air condition, which was needed to get the room temperatures to a sustainable level.
✗ Nothing... I missed a parasol for my terrasa... turns out I should have just asked.

✓ It was a really cosy Room with a beautiful balcony. The Owner was lovely and helpful with everything. I was very Happy to stay at Palmera and felt relaxed and even on my day of leaving when I felt a little bit ill I have got tea and could stay a little bit longer in the Foyer.

What a gem!
✓ What a gem this place is. Great location in a quiet part of town between city center and harbour. Lovely good size rooms and bathroom. The owner Marissa did a great job in looking after us and made our stay a real pleasure with a lot of laughs.

Highly recommend if you are looking for accommodation with a local in a small charming hotel
✓ Amazing host, most accommodating. The location was good, a short bus ride to the old town on one side and a 20 min walk to Las Canteras beach on the other, shopping close buy but still a quiet residential area. Room not large but had everything needed, felt very comfortable.

En principio en la calle, existe zona azul y verde, de pago y zona de NO pago, pero es pública. En principio nuestros clientes con coche no tienen ningún problema. No obstante a 5 minutos del hotel hay un parking privado abierto las 24 horas.
