I had 2 nights in the hostel, was a good experience, the staff is kind and friendly

Nice stay in a not so central hostel.
✓ All the volunteers were really nice and kind. It was great to have conversation with them as a former volunteer at hostels I loved getting to know everyone. Everything was cleaned every morning and the volunteers were extremely respectful when working. The volunteers also guided me well regarding what to do.
✗ The location is a little out of the way but really nice at the same time if you plan on exploring the nature vibe in Maksmir Park. I feel like they were putting people together based on ethnicity rather than their travel purpose. I think it'll be more appropriate if you put backpackers together and working people together.

✓ The hostel was very cheap and located near the tram stop to central Zagreb. Bedding was clean and toilets were cleaned daily. Staff were friendly and helpful, AC was strong and overall a decent hostel.
✗ The interior is slightly worn out, especially in the kitchens with the common spaces outside rooms being just a little tight, but nothing worth complaining about. Nice stay overall.
