✓ The hungarian receptionist András was very nice and professional. The accomodation was stylish and modern. It was very great that we could get the Lungau card for free and we could use it for several activities.
✗ In the bedroom the floor was not clean, it seemed it was not properly vacuumed.

✓ + fantastic accommodation, superb location, great value for money + very clean apartment and well equipped kitchen + large rooms for big group + great terrace + outstanding wellness (in prize)

Exceptional
✓ This whole complex is basically new. The apartment was well above average, with quality appliances and other amenities. We had a few steps from the garage to the apartment. You can see in the layout of the apartment that the architects have thought about and designed a functional layout. The complex includes a wellness center with several saunas, where residents of the complex have free access. Children up to 14 years of age cannot go there, but that is probably better. The gentleman at the front desk was always helpful and accommodating.
✗ Our apartment had an unexpected infrared sauna, which was great to use after skiing. I have a feeling it won't last long though, it's the cheapest model and it's falling apart a bit. I have no other complaints, they just aren't there.

New place, well equipped, amazing value for price.
✓ The place was above our expectations. We will definitely go again. Highly recommend it!
✗ Nothing to complain about, maybe a cleaning would have been great, but due to the fact it is an apartment, it is not a must.

Hello, yes we have a washing machine and a dryer in the hotel. These machines can use everybody.The sleeping couch is in the ground floor. Kind regards.
