✓ I am writing to you today with deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent stay at the Sawasdee Resort in Phuket, from 27th September to 29th September. I regret to inform you that my experience at your establishment was far from satisfactory, primarily due to the following issues: 1. Smoking Policy and Excessive Fine: Upon checking in, I was informed about your resort's strict no-smoking policy, which I respected and understood. However, I was shocked to be charged a hefty fine of 5000 baht for an alleged violation of the policy. I would like to clarify that I did not smoke any tobacco or illegal substances in the room. The smell you mentioned was a result of marijuana, which is legal in Thailand. It is unfair and unreasonable to penalize guests for a legal activity. This incident has left me feeling unjustly treated and deeply dissatisfied. 2. Unprofessional and Rude Receptionist: The receptionist on duty during my stay was extremely unhelpful, dismissive, and exhibited a complete lack of professionalism. Despite my attempts to explain the situation and seek clarification regarding the fine, he rudely interrupted and refused to listen to me. As a paying guest at your resort, I expected to be treated with respect and courtesy. Unfortunately, this encounter left a lasting negative impression. 3. Early Check-Out and Inconvenience: Due to an early morning flight, I had to check out of the resort earlier than planned. I had hoped for a smooth and hassle-free departure. However, the uncooperative attitude of the receptionist only added to my frustration. It is disheartening to encounter such poor customer service, especially during a time when guests require assistance and understanding.

✗ There was alot of families with kids (understandable) but as someone without kids i love when hotels are adult only however thats me trying to figure out something i dont like about it which really isnt much

✓ Great breakfast and super friendly staff. The hotel itself is beautifully designed
✗ At times it could get noisy from people next to you. If you have quiet neighbors there is no issue but if you have a group of young people or party people it could disturb you.

✗ wasn’t clear before we arrived that not all of the pools could be accessed from all of the rooms. our rooms weren’t ready at arrival time and had a long wait after a long journey. no apology about the wait, so not a good start. rest of the stay was good

yes, the pool villa suite can applicable for 3 people. there are 1 bedroom on top floor and living room on ground floor, in living room can set extra bed and have extra charge 1,350 THB per night

If you book Cabana Suite Pool Access room, 1 child 8 years old will share bed with parent and charge breakfast at THB 175 per day. For 14 years old we considered as adult and charge 900 THB per night and will set extra bed.
