Unforgettable

✓ Excellent breakfast buffet with diverse food. Hot food was kept on the right temperature. Dinner buffet also very reasonably priced and same as breakfast very diverse and good temperatures. Facilities are great, although the padel courts (especially the nets) are in need of better maintenance.

✗ The nets at the padel courts are in need of maintenance or replacement. The rooms are quite noisy, I could hear the person next to me in the shower with music on or people talking in the hallway. However during the night there was no problem with excessive noise. Also I had a leak in the shower, making water slowly escape to the rest of the bathroom. Since it didn't bother me that much, I waited till check-out to share this at the reception.

Exceptional

✓ Breakfast was wonderful. I ordered dinner off the menu the 1st day but then found the buffet and really loved it. I ate too much while I was there. Front Desk Omar was so kind and helpful, especially with getting a taxi back to Palma. Both waiters Eduardo and Johnny were delightful and made an old lady feel comfortable.

✗ The noise from the next door rooms when the beds were scooted across the floor woke me up. I feel sorry for the cleaning ladies who have to struggle to do that to change the sheets daily. I noticed that just moving the desk chair made a harsh noise when moved across the concrete floor. Soft pads on the legs of the furniture would be an inexpensive fix.

Low quality hotel stay hidden under the big name

✓ Food is good. There's a buffet with various quality made dishes for 16 EUR in 2023.

✗ Staff is not trained in hospitality. They don't note any requests, you have to micromanage and control all the time. They don't know how much they charge for breakfast, for example. The AC in the room didn't get lower 23 degrees. There are no light blankets available. The curtains are not 100% blackout.

WONDERFUL!

✓ The food at breakfast was wonderful and the buffet supper we had was fantastic. The bedrooms are enormous and everything is so clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was just a very efficiently run establishment.
