Take photos of every furniture, wall and interiors before settling down inside.It helps you later on

Kitchen with most of the cutlery. Pool is good but will be appreciated if we had heaters in it. Good outdoor seating and a barbie with gas bottle.

The lady was really friendly and gave me some information around the town before we moved but she claims that we damaged one of their furniture but we didn’t do any such things and started swearing later on but with out any proof or knowledge she shouldn’t have claimed on us. The damage might be there before we stayed in or she might have not noticed in her last inspection. At the end, I spoke to all of my mates who were in the property and none of us didn’t do any suck damage. I spoke to the customer support of booking.com and they helped me solve the issue. Also, she mentioned on the phone that she will block me and give negative feedback. I wouldn’t care what she does but honestly If we would have done something wrong, I would definitely pay them back. This is the only bad experience I had and rest all everything is good in the property and definitely value for money.
