✓ Location. Free parking. Easy access to wifi. Royal/medieval style of the restaurant. High ceilings. Reception manned for 24 hrs.
✗ Lack of air-conditioning. Damaged window hinges. Fridge too small. Lack of shampoo, lack of spare toilet paper. One-use plastic cup in the bathroom (coukd not stand with a toothbrush in it). Some plugs not working, some very loose. Lack of safe.

✓ If you're looking for a cosy place to stay in Sanok, this is a great choice. The place is good value for money, located close to the bus/railway station and the town centre. Very clean, the bed was comfy, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

✗ main road is little bit noisy but when u shut the window it’s not that bad
