✓ Overall excellent experience The staff were very attentive to our expectations Very friendly ,patient and smiling . Best hotel ever !the cleanness,no word to describe how clean was the hotel ,the room . One of the most important thing staying away from home.

Fabulous
✓ The breakfast was tipical italian with fresh and taste croissants and we have extra different sort of ham, cheese, boiled eggs and tomatos. The size of the room was quite big. The staff was very kind and helpful. We have ordered in 2 evenings delivery pizza through them. The location was very good for visiting Ravelllo, Pompei and Amalfi Coast.

✓ The location was amazing. Great balcony. The restaurant was closed so the staff gave us a ride to and back from a local restaurant. They went above and beyond.
✗ Booking was a bit vague offering a mountain view. I thought that meant Mt Vesuvius, it actually meant the road. Luckily the staff were able to accommodate us. There is no elevator, but it's only a one level walk up.
