Good overall accommodation for exploring the Quimper cultural offerings.

✓ Good location for exploring Quimper. Nice staff, good breakfast.

✗ The only thing that went wrong was the washing machine was broken when I wanted to do some laundry, and there was no timetable for fixing it, so I didn't get to do my laundry.

✓ The apartment is located in a central location, clean, comfortable. Restaurants easily reachable nearby by walk distance. CarrefourMarket also reachable by walking... Parking available.

✗ poorly maintained, bedside table broken, mattress worn out, most disgusting carpet I've seen in a hotel so far. The carpet was full of stains and burned marks from cigarettes. Poor cleaning: there was hair on the bedlinen, toilet and shower. The "white" walls next to the beds were full of stains. The street in front of the hotel was really loud (traffic and people shouting), a problem when there is no aircondition. Most annoying part was the automatic front door of the hotel entrance: The door squeaks terribly, so you can hear it throughout the hotel, even in the room with the windows closed and outside on the street. Something like that not only disturbs the hotel guests but also the neighbours living in that street.

✓ The room was very clean and solid, if slightly small. It is very serviceable for a couple of nights' stay. The bathroom was clean and the WiFi was strong and accessible everywhere. There is a nice garden/patio on the outside. The kitchen is quite small, but serviceable.

✗ The location is around 2km from the train station and is not very accessible by public transport from the train station. But the location is quite close to the church and the centre of the city, walkable distance.
