Wonderful place for a quiet relaxing stay
✓ Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. I booked a wonderful massage with Josephina after hiking Acatenango and Fuego. This was the perfect place to rest and relax. Upon arrival I was given a choice of my room. Room was very comfortable with everything I could need. There is also a jacuzzi available on the property.

✗ please consider whether you can provide your guests with a key to access the hotel from the street. while I had no issues using the doorbell I was reluctant to stay out late knowing staff would need to stay awake to let me back in.

Peaceful and restful stay.
✓ Beautiful gardens and building, great decoration. The bed was very comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great volcano view!
