✗ I am 64 and have a bad knee .. the outdoor steps were steep and terrible the indoor staircase was narrow and low . luckily the young staff member helped me to carry my luggage .. I wish these things are clearly noted when booking the flight

✓ The staff. The woman at the front desk was exceptional. She was above and beyond helpful. I locked myself out late at night. Somehow the staff contacted someone, who contacted someone….
✗ The tree in front of my room completely blocked view and air. It was very overbearing.
