✓ The rooms had marble floors, modern bathroom, sliding doors to a large balcony with table and chairs and even a washing line, plus sliding door mosquito nets which are very effective. Very quiet, hardly any noise from traffic. Security is excellent with a key to the gate to enter the front yard, and the same key for the door to the stairs, then a key to the second floor rooms, and a key for the individual room. Bus stop right at the door, frequent buses, never waited more than 15 mins, normal 5-10 mins, just takes 8-12 mins to town centre and 15-20 mins to the main stadium. It is also just 100-200 metres from the main autostrada to the airport which takes less than 10 minutes by car. The beach is 5 mins walk away, lovely fine sand, and the sea water temperature at end September is about 25-26C There is a super pizzeria 50 metres away with varied good pizzas of all sizes, open till 10.30pm and a traditional bakery opposite with wholemeal bread (integrale). In the street behind at 200 metres is a good supermarket, called Piu, with lovely fresh food. Melissa, the owner is very friendly, as is her husband. The breakfast is amazing, on a balcony, with cereal, freshly cooked eggs, ham, cheese, tomatoes, yoghurt, freshly ground coffee or tea,fruit juice, and amazing cakes baked by Melissa, with her special recipe of low fat and moist. Also extra bottles of water.

✓ Pleasantly surprised by the hospitality of the hotel owner. Although I do not know Italian, Marisa was understandable, friendly and polite. The room has everything you need, coffee and goodies are served.

✓ “I stayed at Oasi for 18 days while on a work trip. Edoardo and Marisa were wonderfully welcoming and always available over message if I had any questions. They also kindly picked me up from the airport and were flexible with check-in and check-out and overall made my trip smoother in any way they could. The area is safe and calm with a 5-minute walk to the beach, the bus to Pescara stops in front of the house (make sure to get TUAbruzzo app for the bus tickets if you don’t have coins) and e-scooters everywhere also made going places easier. I felt very cared for, grazie mille!”

✓ Great location, about 5-7 minutes walking from the beach. Beds were comfortable and room was very nice. Bathroom was big. Breakfast was delicious!

✓ The owners are very nice and caring people. We were picked up and driven to the airport. Delicious breakfasts served in a nice atmosphere, all fresh. Clean rooms, lockable. Great place for a short visit to Pescara :)
