✓ Everything! The owners were terrific. Very helpful whenever needed, and also gave me complete autonomy until I reached out. Extremely clean, maintained, and comfortable. Beach towels, chairs, pool noodles, Sunscreen, insect repellent, all free to use. Shared game/hangout lounge, refrigerator, and kitchen. Four parking spaces. The room itself has brand new AC...worked perfectly. And the room was set up just like a hotel room--everything well thought-out and available. Will definitely stay here again!!
✗ Nothing...seriously, this place was great. If you don't like cats roaming outside, this place is not for you... There are roosters in the AM. But they provide earplugs in your room. There are roosters everywhere on the island, so I don't think they can be avoided. It didn't bother me...as my neighbors growing up had roosters...if anything, it was a comfortable start to the morning :-)

✓ The hosts were super nice and helpful! They give you a guide of the island and the best beaches and places to eat. The property was super peaceful and central to the ferry and then to the beach areas.

✓ I loved the central location, the surrounding environment, and the furry companions. The rooms were secure, comfortable and private. I also liked that the host was so accommodating, and that we could hang out in the common area after check out without worry (I didn't need to rush out).

Hello! We do not do laundry services, however there is a great laundry mat on island that definitely could use the patronage. They also have a drop off service so you can go to the beach while your laundry is getting done!

Our Sunbay room has 2 beds and can accommodate up to 4 guests. That room is on a 2-night minimum and why it’s not coming up in your search.

No, I'm sorry. Only guests with reservations are allowed to be on the property.

Resuelve del Carmen is within walking distance, but they only do lunch. Other than that, no. We recommend a rental with our location.

We are not a walking distance location. Use of publicos/taxis/rental will be required for our location. A bicycle is also not recommended for our location as we are up hill coming from either location.

We have 11 cats on the property. They are not allowed in the rooms. We've had people stay that have allergies, but we understand if someone doesn't want to risk it.

It is not two beds in one space. The additional bed is in an ajoining room. HOWEVER, one bed is in the space that has the two bathrooms, egress, and access to the patio.
