✓ The kitchen and pool area were very nice and the room was comfortable.
✗ We had a misunderstanding with the price, I had a different price in my Booking app, and they had a higher one, at the end I paid more. However, the bad part was that one of the staff told us that "they always have problems with Colombians because of this difference in price", it was very aggressive, even telling us "if you dont pay what I'm telling you, go find another place to stay". Additionally, the bathroom sink was clogged since we arrived, we tried to contact them the first and second day without any luck (we had to brush our teeth in the shower). I had to write them through booking, they fixed it but telling us "it was our fault since they found rice in the sink" however we never cooked or brought rice into the room. Again, it felt that they were not trying to help or to be kind to us since arrival.

✓ Very nice people who manage the place. Located in a quiet neighborhood away from the tourist area, and easy to drive too the apartment and all attractions. The room and bathroom was bigger than I expected. The value of the price was really good, get a nice arubian living experience.

Hello, Thank you for your interest in our property. Aruba does not have Uber as of yet or any ride-sharing applications. However, we do have a really good taxi system averages price run $11~$50+ USD depending on where you want to go. The further the distance the more they will charge. Aruba is only about 32km(20miles) from its northwestern to its southeastern side. We also have a good bus system that goes from Palm Beach to downtown Oranjestad for about $5 roundtrip. Depending on your stay it may be cheaper to rent a car or bike than using the taxi as your only transportation method.

What is the difference between "Queen", "Standard Queen", "Deluxe Queen"?
The difference between the Standard Queen, Deluxe Queen, and Queen is the direction of the pool view and the room size. The Deluxe Queen Suite is slightly bigger in room size and is front of the pool it's the only apartment pictured with the BBQ pit and the parasol with the white chairs. The Standard Queen and Queen are the same in the room size and are the two apartments in the opposite direction of the pool. All of the apartments can be accommodated for family's or couples that are traveling together. We also offer a king suite for couples or solo travelers.
