✓ Interesting location, modern clean apartment, nice pool , good value
✗ Some staff were polite, some staff impolite. Only one airconditioner remote for 2 bedrooms, so need to leave it outside bedrooms if one person needs to turn on and off without bothering other guest or guests while sleeping in other bedroom. When we asked if there was another remote available. the manager told us that its policy to only provide 1 remote and it's an apartment not a hotel don't expect to much, in a very strong tone, Their tone wasn't pleasant.. The apartment didn't have a rubbish bag, very basic kitchen set up. You'll need your own cleaning cloth, towel, liquids, rubbish bags. Duvee blankets have no covers. Only sheets on beds. It's recommended to request downstairs bedrooms around pool as wifi is better if sitting around pool, and easier to bring luggage to room, rather than take up stairs. Also the Wardrobe was unusable as it is to tall, only someone 6ft plus could reach rail.

✗ I was proposed a room with a broken door, when complaining to the receptionist they showed unprofessional, insulting behaviour

✓ Apartment is a good size and has most things you will need. Air conditioned which was great.
✗ The complex itself is quite rustic which you don't really see from the photos. It's also quite remote - long walk to local shop and a 20min plus drive to beaches and larger shops.

✗ Far from everything, the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. We stayed 11 days and they never cleaned or changed towels.
