✗ the room smell bad like a smoking room and it’s old, stained on walls. the atmosphere in the hotel is weird , onsen at night was crowd with noisy people chatting. not chill cannot relax here.

A very pleasant stay. The onsen was amazing!
✓ - The onsen was amazing!!!!! - The staff was super super friendly and very professional. - Breakfast was very nice, a lot of variety. - The piano concert at the reception was beautiful. - I shortened my stay with 1 day and they gave me a refund. - The rooms where very spacious and silent.
✗ - The location of the hotel is without a rental car isolated from Otaru or other places.

✓ I liked how cozy and spacious the room was. The robes were very comfortable.
✗ The breakfast had very little choices. There was hardly any meat dish. The air conditioner switched off for a few minutes in the morning. My room was a no smoking room but smelled like it was previously a smoking room. The facilities, although well kept and clean, felt dated.

Rooms with open-air baths have outdoor bath facilities. The spring quality is a natural hot spring. The baths in the rooms with private baths are not open-air baths. The bathroom is indoors, but the spring quality is natural hot spring.

All hotel guests can use our hot spring baths free of charge. Both indoor and outdoor baths are available separately for men and women.

1.I am very sorry. There is no shuttle bus from Otaru Station to the hotel. 2. About 35-45 minutes by car from our hotel to Kiroro Snow Park. The nearest ski resort is Asarigawa Onsen Ski Resort, which is about a 10-minute walk away.
