Kenya trip 2023 with Friends
✓ Loved the ambiance of this resort. You really felt like you were in a tropical place. Food was good and the staff was always smiling and helpful. I enjoyed the animation events. We arrived very late at the resort but the staff had dinner waiting for us.
✗ The building facing the ocean had wifi reception issue.

A wonderful stay in a comfortable hotel, situated right at a most beautiful beach.
✓ I had a wonderful room with fatastic view of the sea. The room design was comfortable and of good taste. The Hotel has very friendly and attentive staff and a good variety of foods. A rather big and clean pool!
✗ The air condition of a neighbouring room caused a rather disturbing and loud vibration. I was glad to be given another room - a very quiet one.

✗ I felt like it would have been good for some more drink options to be available - for example - no diet coke/coke zero, diet pepsi were available and this would increase the available rage of drinks and there were times that food ran out on the buffet so people were waiting around

✗ They didn’t provide a dental kit. Also, they were charging for providing a single spoon. Full-board is very expensive since they provide only cheap alcohol

What a relaxing experience!
✓ Great location and wide courtyard area is a perfect and safe place to rest under the shades of trees and the sea breeze.. Caring staff and evening entertainement is a bonus. Activities on site too during the day are interesting. Diani Beach is unforgettable!
✗ The air conditioning is set at 24 Celsius. Could be colder. Some staff at reception could be more welcoming and accomodating.

✓ I really liked the room. The bathroom was very good with shower gel, shampoo and body lotion. The shower had hot water.
