✗ check-in was non existent as the told me my payment didn't even go thru!!! i was tripped outside by some construction equipment and broke my $600 nebula mars pro 2 projector AND my laptop when i was walking back to my car!!! i was so embarrassed by the whole experience i just got into my car and left! now im without my projector AND my work laptop and i'll have to come out of pocket to have them replaced!!! this was the most horrible travel experience i've ever encountered and unless i'm compensated in some way shape or form i'll write EVERY bad review, call in some much needed complaints, and never stay at another hampton inn AGAIN!!! STEP IT UP HAMPTON INN!!!!
