Probably shall avoid in August if not a solo traveller
✓ The próximity to the port or centre is really nice. The lady waited at the apart entrance to look for me…. Otherwise I might never be able to find this place as no sígnate.
✗ Maybe this August was really hot. It was very hard to have no air conditioning. Huéspedes in Spanish means guesthouse and in this case, there was no staff at the premise. My room suffered power stoppage and there was no light, no toilet light no fan, no refrigerator for a few hours until I complained to have the staff to come to resolve the problem.

✓ Just the location.
✗ No proper kitchen and lounge, no aircon the room was so hot! The bed was uncomfortable. Had to pay 30€ extra just to leave my luggage after check-out!

Not the best place to stay
✓ The location is OK, it's near a big avenue.
✗ The place itself. The fridge and the lights were not working and the bed was terribly uncomfortable. Definitely, not good value for money.

Comfortable, clean, convenient and a bargain price. Would stay again.
✓ Conveniently located, cheap, nice and clean, I found the bed very comfy. Run by a very nice lady who was always happy to help.
✗ Was a little hard to find at first, no signs at street level (you need to walk into building 4 and head up to the 4th floor, then you'll see the entrance). The other guests in neighbouring rooms were quite noisy in early morning hours, but that's not the fault of the hotel, just a function of a cheap hotel in ibiza party town I guess. The walls are quite thin though too so maybe bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.

✓ Location of the facility in the centre of Ibiza town is very convenient.
✗ Rooms available for the guests are in an apartment building that is similar to few other buildings in the streets. Without clear indication of the right building the exact entrance is difficult to find. It is almost IMPERATIVE to CALL the host on the cellular just before coming to the facility, to see where the exact entrance is and the main door to be opened. The price outside the peak season for the room is a little steep.

Noisy & expensive for a sharing place that you get
✓ The property is NOT a hotel as I was expecting!! It’s an apartment turned into a kind of AirB&B with 6 different bedrooms. So I got there expecting to find a reception but I found a building with many private apartments!! In the apartment I had my private bathroom which was good. However there is a huge construction so a LOT OF NOISE waking me up!!!🤦♀️🙈 hence I think the place was too expensive considering the discomfort of not being able to sleep & not being able to easily arrive by taxi or getting a taxi, because I had to walk few hundred metres….. Anyways the good part of this apartment was the helpful friendly lady that came to open up for me & to give me the key.
✗ - noisy from construction. - sharing an apartments with stranger without having a security person like you find in hotels…
