Good location good rooms but can do better with staff handling queries and deposit.
✓ The location was good and the room was nice.
✗ The staff could've supported better with the clarity on deposit money etc. I had deposited 13 Mn VND as deposit which is quite a high amount for a deposit and when I asked if the room rent and other expenses can be deducted from this they mentioned it couldn't be reduced and I had to make a fresh payment to settle my bill. When they cancelled the initial deposit it did not reflect in my bank. When I enquired they casually said it will reflect in 7-10 working days and I need to speak to my bank about this. Till date the transaction is not reflecting in my bank statement. I'm frustrated with the way this was handled.

✓ The hotel is well located, room is ok and breakfast is great.
✗ The hotel is a bit overpriced for the service, pool is just ok, in the Gym the belt are a bit old and I think then need to be calibrated, also Gym should always be supervised.
