The staff were amazing. Anything that I asked for they helped me with. I celebrated my 30th birthday there and they decorated the room and upgraded my room. Regardless of whether it was my birthday the staff made me feel very welcome. Alexander and Hager really made the experience special with the way that the room was decorated for my birthday and the excellent customer service that they provided.

everything was perfect in our suite, the most beautiful view and we also loved the fact that there is an extra bathroom.

the balcony had a glass barrier between us and the room next to us, so basically no privacy

I loved that the hotel made arrangements to make my birthday really special. Thank you! I liked the location and the beach. The staff were all particularly helpful and nice. Special mention to Darwin and Tsepi at the reception, the staff at the breakfast restaurant, the valet service and the staff members at Mare Mare and the coffee shop.

Just that there was an ongoing construction, but I guess it’s something that can’t be helped.

Amazing staff , excellent customer service .. Ericson , Masud, , Chettri and Rohan were so sweet and attentive .. Staff at the reception were all smiling and agreed to give me late checkout even though today was Friday .. Thank you!

modern hotel with modern facilities and beautiful beach

staff needs to be trained better as I encountered a few inconveniences: 1- At check-in the receptionist gave me a key to a room that was still occupied by a guest I was surprised when I walked into a room with the guests stuff still inside. 2- When going to the pool/beach area I had to ask several members of staff on the pool where the changing rooms/bathroom was and no one gave me a straight answer but told me to use the restaurant toilet which didn’t have any lockers or showers which I used .. till I found out later from the concierge that the hotel SPA could be used. 3 - I was given wrong directions to my room by a member of staff. 4- the room I checked into had breadcrumbs on the floor and the curtains had fresh food stains on them.

Everything was perfect. I loved the WhatsApp E-butler service, I hate calling for anything so the WhatsApp service made the entire stay a lot more relaxing. You can ask them for anything and it will be done right away. I loved the easiness of the beach service, with a click of a button you can call the butler or ask for the bill. The beach was so clean, crystal clear water & no rocks. We did not use the pool, however it looked very family friendly and had a kids pool too. The hotel is beautiful, modern & new. The room was huge and clean with enough storage. The bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was very nice as well. Breakfast was so tasty with so many options. Free valet parking was also nice.

The prices of the food & drinks at the beach was high. The service at breakfast for drinks was slow sometimes.
