✓ Location was fine, room was very clean, if a little small
✗ Other guests or staff were noisy late into the evening and early the next morning. The orange juice left for me at breakfast was in a used apple juice bottle and obviously not clean, as within one hour I had a very loose stomach. the 'fantastic breakfast' was actually very poor.

An amazing chalet to rest & relax
✓ The whole chalet is so beautiful especially with an outdoor sauna just outside the room. Jacuzzi and small pool are additional advantage during the rainy day when we check in. Plenty of kitchen utilities to be used for big group but there's no small pots tho.
✗ No supply of smaller pots. Not enough kitchen tools like spatula and so.

I am considering booking a stay in one of your two-bed chalets between the dates of Sunday 12th and Wednesday 15th, April 2020.
However, I am slightly apprehensive of booking this far out due to not knowing the potential snow quality in Les Gets this time of year.
Should I book now, is there a specific date by which I can cancel 'free of charge'? If this is not possible how much of my deposit can I expect to be refunded - or in other words how much of a deposit is required to secure a booking with you (preferably as a percentage)?

We will refund your entire stay 75 days before this one. 7- Cancelation conditions In case of cancelation by the guest, the following sums will be retained unless the guest had subscribed to our cancelation insurance: - from 75 to 30 days before the arrival date or cancelation stay : 40% of the total of your stay - from 29 to 15 days before the arrival date : 50% - from 14 to 8 days before the arrival date : 60% - from7 to 2 days before the arrival date : 70% - from 1 day before the arrival date and no show : 80% Hotel Alpina can cancel a booking in the 24 hours after the booking has to be done on line, without expenses and the guest credit card will be not charged regards, faustine
