Exceptional

✓ Lovely clean room. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. I didn’t know how to use the aircon and the host was there to help me on 5 minutes. Would highly recommend staying at this very central gem.

✗ The hotel is located on a hill which you had to climb over 60 stairs to get to the entrance, then another 5 to enter the lobby. They do not provide bottled water at all or anything else.

✓ The location is exceptional. Near the port and 2 minutes walk to city center. Clean and comfortable beds.

✗ Really old furniture. One crucial electrical outlet not working. Ceiling with issues on color fading and humidity. Really not good value for money. Also there was no basic stuff like hair dryer. The door lock very old and not safe, not locking well.

✓ Staff was waiting outside to help with the luggages. The places is located right in the center. Nice balconies with a view.

✗ Bathrooms need renovating. There are some steep stairs to reach there. No elevator in the building. No water available at the room.

Exceptional

✓ The property has an excellent location. 2 minutes walk from the ferry station, 5 minutes walk from a bus station, where you can take a bus to different beaches of the island. The hotel was extremely clean too.

✓ Room was a perfect base for our time on the island. Amazing location so close to the port. The owner was lovely and so helpful. I would fully recommend to anyone.
