Great hotel near Whitby

Lovely clean hotel. Clean. Well designed and spotless room and bathroom. Nice clean large dining room with generous breakfast choices from full English(bacon, sausage, egg, tomato, mushrooms, hash brown, fried bread) Lots of toast and spreads too with everything, Scrambled eggs with smoked salmon or boiled egg and toast, vegetarian options and more..

Having to get a bus or a taxi into Whitby

Very pleasant and restful

This is not a complaint as it is to do with the fabric of the building. From my room I could hear snoring, muffled conversation and creaking floor boards above

Lovely catch up with friends

Very nice cooked breakfast, fast service and very hot. Comfortable rooms. Had 2 meals off the evening menu, good portions and again served very hot. A good stay. We were fortunate to get a space in the car park.

Pleasant two nights away.

Breakfast was good, small selection of evening meals. Good location for access to the town centre. Quiet residential area.

Practically Perfect

The staff were really friendly and genuine. The food was amazing, breakfast just fab. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed. Plenty of space to park outside which was free. Lovely property will be booking again.

The stairs but that's just because we were at the top of the hotel. Northern soul weekend so legs already used more than usual ..

Cliff Top Oasis

It was a perfect place to stay whilst at Whitby Goth Weekend. The room was smart and comfortable. The breakfast was great. And the staff could not be more helpful. Also it is a short walk from the pavilion.
