Brilliant! Will def return.
✓ Food and drinks amazing. Location brilliant only 5-8 min walk to the nearest beach. Staff all friendly and helpful.
✗ Sunbeds on grass area hand wheel missing - bug these were being replaced on the day we left. Staff uniforms maybe needs looking at - it’s quite hot to be wearing a shirt and tie during the day and the staff gets quite hot and sweaty.

✗ Was not as much food choice as I would expect from a buffet at a large hotel All inclusive which I had paid for was only on 10am until 2300. No Prosecco or fizzy wine included in this. Had to que every time you wanted a drink or snacks and wait

✓ Thank you for a great vacation! The hotel is what every family needs thanks to the facilities, huge rooms, well-equipped, and amazing location. Tracy welcomed us and made everything happy and convenient. Thank you, Tracy! The waterpark made the children happy and active while we enjoyed the bar and peaceful atmosphere!
✗ Although we had a wonderful vacation, some things can be improved: the hotel and rooms' design are extremely basic. I recommend improving the hospitality experience. The food in the dining room is good, I am sure it can be improved. We were repeatedly asked to deposit cash for towels, games, and electricity adaptors. It was inconvenient and made me go back and forth to get cash. The last comment that should be mentioned is the BO of some of the staff members in the dining room.
