✗ The place was good but when we initally booked we thought it would include breakfast as we did take a package with breakfast. Later we noticed on the booking did not include the breakfast.

✓ I like the Sundown Restuarant Sea view, and access. to the beach
✗ No assistance with the bags from the reception to the cabin. Assumption that everyone will have a car is not inclusive of diversity. The receptionist at both times - check in and check out could do with more training - awareness about inclusive client service orientation, listening- figuring out customer needs. I did not have a car; I had a suitcase and a laptop bag....

Fair, but without a liquor license you are going to receive alot of complaints.

✗ 1. There is no liquor license. The deck meant nothing. You advertise cocktails and sundowners. Coco Cola is not a sundowners. 2. Booking in at 14h00 when we were the only guests.

Great place to stay for large groups with only a few small issues
✓ Rooms had everyhting you needed. Had a decent amount of space with comfortable beds, good shower and bathroom.good location close to the beach with a lot of close by activities.
✗ Stove, oven and cookware weren't the best but we got by. Vary sandy and so chalet floor had a lot of sand with no carpets to clean off your shoes or feet.

No the Deluxe Chalet will not be big enough for 7 Guests. You will need to book two chalets as the Deluxe can only sleep 5 with one bed in the lounge already
