Convenient stay in beautiful Skagen. Nice breakfast. Service could be better.
✓ Spotless, quiet, and affordable room, right across from the Skagen train station. It was an easy walk to the harbor and restaurants, and there was a grocery across the street. A few minutes to the Skagen museum as well. The breakfast was exceptional.
✗ Awkward service from the young ladies at the front desk. My room wasn't ready on arrival, despite it being check-in time. I'm used to European hotels being weird about checking in early, but that means they should make sure your room is actually ready when it should be. I'm not sure if they are used to international tourists, and didn't offer much advice on the town.

Good, central location, and comfortable room (except for the bed).
✓ Breakfast was adequate, though lacking in choice. The location was perfect. Happily, there was an elevator in the hotel. The room itself was spacious and bright, though the bed was soft and very uncomfortable. The view of the Main Street was pleasant.
✗ The bed provided no support at all, making it difficult to sleep. The bathroom was tiny, and the shower area was so small that taking a shower was a challenge! There wasn’t much variety amongst the offerings for breakfast. Unfortunately there was no safety box or minibar/small fridge in the room.
