Very nice hotel and restaurant at the sea

✓ Very nice hotel at the sea with a nice restaurant directly at the sea. Some rooms have nice sea view, they have room service and a pool and small gym too.

✗ The room service is legendary, they forget at lest one or two things with each order, but always come back again to bring it, maybe that's why they charge a room service fee lol.

Wonderful place... great value for money for the location and the service

✓ Room was spacious with good facilities. Restaurant by the sea is great. Ever-present hotel transportation for local travel is a big plus. Topped by courteous and helpful staff. A great place to stay!

Small niggles, but would return again.

✓ Friendly staff, great sunset views, good food, great location (can easily walk to the Slipway for those last minute traditional gifts) . Spacious room, comfy bed.Pool small, only 9 sun loungers, but clean.

✗ Being hassled a bit too much to "rate us on Trip advisor". Very poor hairdryer in bathroom ( just no power to it at all) and when mine broke they didn't have a back up portable one.

✗ the pool is small and the service lacked. they were charging me for items i didn’t consume and saying that they will offer it next day but for now they can’t removed as the management i at the meeting, they were bringing wrong wine, room service arrived cold, i asked for vegetarian breakfast for the last day of my stay and received sausages. sat on the beach, no one was coming to collect orders. asked for nuts as a snack waited almost one hour. definitely room for improvement

✗ Hotel couldn't provide 2 keys for a room with multiple adults. It was a slight inconvenience. They were not straight about the reason either.

Gorgeous room but wouldn't use the restaurant again

✓ The room is stunning and the view from my window was beautiful. The staff were lovely and let me check in a bit earlier as I wasn't feeling well - I really appreciated it. The room has everything you need including a huge bed. There was a power outage while I was staying but the generator kicked in after a couple of minutes. The wifi is okay - not particularly fast but consistent at least. The breakfast was great too, lots to choose from.

✗ I went to the on-site restaurant for dinner and although it was beautiful, service was incredibly slow and I ended up waiting 90 minutes for a pizza, and my drink never arrived. The staff were very apologetic but there didn't seemed to be any one person who was in charge and it was very difficult to get someone's attention, I kept having to get up to find someone. It was a shame as it ruined what was otherwise a nice evening with a beautiful view. The shower gets reasonably warm but not hot, and the pressure is not great so it took a long time to wash my hair. The shower also doesn't have an enclosure the whole way around (though it does have a door?) so you end up with water all over the bathroom. Would suggest to put glass the whole way around.
