✓ Staff helpful
✗ The whole experience was awful. Room was very run down. Very little peace due to a noisy street also being right above the bar. Couldn't close the windows, no towel in the room carpet all stained and burn marks very dated room, shower was terrible no pressure and when turned to hot the pressure dropped. Not a pleasant stay.

✓ I had a big room for myself, with a kingsize bed. A 12 min. walk from Scarborough Railway Station. There was a supermarket around the corner, which was open till 22.00u.
✗ WIFI was barely working. It wasn't very clear where to leave my key when checking out, there was no staff present. Maybe a box to put your key in, might come in handy. The rooms are above the bar, so there is a little bit of noise. The bar closes at 23.00u, weekdays and 24.00u. on Saturday and Sunday. But the noise was minimal, and I had earplugs with me.
