✓ Everything ⭐️ First, I want to comment on Isa’s (the owner) kindness and excellent customer service. He is a lovely man and made me feel at home instantly. He is always around if you need anything and will go out of his way to make you feel at home. He is a true gentleman and you couldn’t ask for more from a host. He does not speak English but that is not a problem. Drini, his son, is always available to message on Booking.com’s app, and is extremely helpful and kind too. Excellent communication and really top class customer service. The room was great, with an excellent balcony with views to beat anywhere in the world. Absolutely stunning views. The bed in the room is so comfy, probably the comfiest I’ve slept on. 🛌 The property is in a quiet location, with only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Thank you for a super stay 😁⭐️⭐️

✗ The only thing I would say is that the room does say it has a TV, but it did not. I was not bothered but some people might be. Apart from that, nothing! ⭐️⭐️

✓ The host were amazing!!!! I almost wasn't able to stay there but I am soooo glad I made it. They are extremely sweet, I definitely felt like in my home. They were extremely caring. They take me to Butrint and also to the beach. I have no words to describe how kind they are. They location is really good, a few minutes walking to the main road. I will for sure book again here in my next visit ti Ksamil. Thank you for everything <3

✓ First of all, this was one of the best stays that I had ever had. In just some days the owners made me feel like at home, part of the family. I was traveling alone, so was spectacular! The location is pretty good, you just have to take a little part of unpaved road (~150m). For me, the obstacle of them not speaking English was not absurd! They helped me and always understood everything I needed. I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel for a few days. Thank you for everything, I will never forget them!

✓ Villa Selmàni is the perfect place to stay in Ksamil, with beautiful views from the balcony and peaceful garden and surroundings. The family who own Villa Selmani are very welcoming and friendly good people. There is a path that leads to the turquoise clear waters of the nearby beach. Very happy ☆☆☆☆☆
