✓ The double room was spacious and clean, the lunch & dinner buffet at the restaurant was great with a large spread. The staff was very courteous and helpful.
✗ The dry cleaning services were not good, when given first time they gave back the same unclean clothes. I had to ask them to redo it. With a brand like such, I don’t expect such basic things to not b taken care of properly. Also, the staff was very helpful and courteous overall but some of the staff members need to be trained more on how to deal with customers.
