Great Rooms & service together with amazing tours and helpful crew
✓ The Crew was really helpful. We could book great tours straight at the hotel and also further travel arrangements were organized. I would recommend the local tour which takes you to Ranka Monastery and also the Tsomgo Lake Tour. Here you need a special permit which the hotel also took care of. The rooms were exactly like in the photos. We also booked the rooms with Mountain View which I can highly recommend! The sunset view was just stunning. We traveled India for two weeks and the Nettle and Fern was definitely a highlight!
✗ The Tours had to be payed in cash. This would be more comfortable if it would also be able to just pay it together with the hotel bill. But just a minor issue. A SBI ATM is directly nextdoor.

A relaxing stay in Gangtok away from the crowd
✓ The hotel is little away from the town centre but can be easily accessed by local taxis. The mountain facing rooms have a lovely view. The restaurant served great food. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The heating in the room was also very good
