✗ Uncomfortable Sofa Bed (there is no real ned in the apartment. Extra charge of 22€/day for bed and umbrella on the beach - given the price of the apartments per night this is a no go.

✓ So the resort is nice. I think this is the best you will get in Pula.

✗ I found hair when I checked in. They agreed to change my room. Moved to another room and it was a sofa bed. Not too crazy about the rooms. Housekeeping is terrible. They don’t clean well enough.

Such a beautiful location, it was clean and the staff were friendly. I highly recommend to families, couples, friends..

✓ It was so clean, the room, the pool - excellent! The food was outstanding, and service was also brilliant. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Everything you need in one place!

✗ The only thing that I wasn’t totally thrilled about was the pool “rules and regulations”. There was one lady in particular that stopped any “new” visitors to the pool to explain the rules, like we were in school. We were advised that if we leave our sunbeds, we must take our stuff with us, no bed reservation at all at any point in the day. I saw her patrolling the pool all throughout the day and even taking pictures of sunbeds that hadnt been occupied for a while (even though they might have just been in the pool or having lunch). I definitely was made to feel very constrained to my sunbed and restricted for the amount of time I went for lunch or stayed in the pool. I understand there being no bed reservation in the mornings, but feeling like I cant do anything without the fear of her taking a picture of my stuff, made me feel like I was back in school having to follow the rule book.

Great for relaxed vacation

✓ The staff is very friendly and helpful. The beach is on 2 min walking distance (or even less :D ), there is supermarket on the territory, so you can buy almost anything (groceries, alcohol, snacks). The room was cleaned everyday. If you want to go to the city and you are without your own car, you have to order taxi(we used Uber). The city is also very beautiful, the highlight is Pula Arena, Ancient Roman amphitheater. The whole resort is very good for relaxed vacation, suitable for couples, group of friends or even families with small children. So overall, we've spent very pleasant and relaxing time there.

Overall a great hotel with a fantastic location. Staff were mostly welcoming but the cleaning could have been better

✗ The cleaning staff were the most rude I’ve ever dealt with. They refused to change our sheets at first so had to call reception and then the worst part was when I entered the pool toilets I didn’t see the sign saying it was being cleaned and I came out and the lady was swear and screaming in my face. She then continued to walk by us 10 minutes later and put her middle finger up and my friend when I pointed her out. Never in my life have I experienced such rudeness from a member of staff it made us want to leave.
