Hello! Would it be possible to add 2 extra beds (for kids 6yo and 9 yo) in any of the rooms?
Hi there! We do have some rooms with the possibility for 2 extra beds. There is only a couple of them so please check with the reception as you make a reservation!

Hi, how to get to the hotel from Helsinki airport and back? Do you have shuttles?
Hello. You can either take taxi (around 35 minutes) many companies have fixed prices. Coming to the downtown is often a little bit cheaper than vice versa. Or you can take the train (35minute ride + 13 minute walk) to the Central Railway Station.
Hi, can we reserve the private Sauna?
Hello! We don't have a private sauna for reserving. If you want a private sauna you need to reserve one of our Junior Suite rooms which all come with private sauna. Other than that all of our saunas are public use within opening hours.
Are cats allowed in the Hotel?

Hello and thank you so much for the review. We will be looking into the option to start the breakfast before 7 AM on the weekends! At the moment there simply are not many customers who are coming to breakfast hall early on the weekends. For people who need to leave before 6:30 or 7:00 we have also early breakfast bags available with sandwich, yougurt, juice, piece of cake/cupcake, coffee/tea, fruits amongst other items. Helka is only 10 minutes walk away from the Central Railway Station and just 3 minutes away from the closest metro station and Kamppi shopping mall. Helka is surrounded by hundreds of restaurants and shops as well as some of the most famous tourist attractions in Helsinki like the famous Rock Church or The Natural History Museum of Helsinki which both are just around the corner.
