✗ It’s horrible. I made the reservation on Feb 17th, had my confirmation from booking, from April 23 to April 26th, for 2 guest and 2 doble beds, for 90USD, payment will be at the hotel. They told me they don’t accept credit card or even debit card, I pay for the first night cause I was out of cash, the next day I was going to pay the half of the money I need to, and they told me, they are missing more money because 90USD it is just for 2 nights. I show them my confirmation, and they told me they don’t know nothing about booking and that I need it to pay the last night. I ask them to call the manager, they did but it was worse to even try to have a conversation with that unprofessional guy, than the receptionist. :( He told me if I don’t pay they will call the police. I ended paying half of the price for the second day, because the check out is at noon and It was 6:00 pm (My friend and I were in a conference the entire day, from 8am to 6pm) and I ended taking all my stuff out of that place immediately. The receptionist told me, we werent the first guest with the same situation, I told them you guys are stilling money from the guest, that is not right. I will never recommend this place ever.
