✓ Local to London street ..secure gate at night .
✗ No airco Electrical sockets broken and exposed Had no hot water for two days .Finally found janitor who said i need to switch boiler on .I told him thats not my responsibility. Check out is 10.30 , check in is 16.30 so he had 6 hrs to clean the place and switch water on .. Other places dont get that much cleaning time . As I was leaving at 06.00 other tourists were waiting outside the gates as there was no one to help them .Not good .

Fabulous
✓ Apartment is great, also good value for money. Have stayed here 5 or 6 times and love it
✗ Some of the other guests were just Rude, unruly and messy. A family sat by the swimming pool all day, left crisps and rubbish including nappies by the pool, the manager was out there clearing up. Same family then let the kids run up and down the stairs screaming and shouting late into the night
