✓ it was beautiful and it was in an authentic location. decor was nice and similar to photos We had a Jamal and massage which was lovely . Hussain and Briam were very helpful in answering all questions we had.

Exceptional

✓ Staff is very nice and helpfull. Brakfast is good( jam ,butter,egg,pancake,coffe ,juice). Is 15 min by foot from the main square. Bed is comfortable. Rooms are ok.

Hidden nest in the true Medina

✓ All personnel, with special mention of Mohamed, very kind and service minded. Very quiet location, in the heart of Medina, a bit outside the main touristic areas. Excellent breakfast, very good food, simple and relaxing ambience, comfortable room. I had to anticipate my return for an emergency and staff has been very helpful. I can recommend it with no esitation and would certainly return.

✗ WiFi could be better, but they're already working on that.

Cozy hideaway

✓ Great experience overall. Nice riad. In the medina area. Was a bit hard to find first time as booking.com had slightly different address. A bit stressful to go through such big crowds in Medina with big laggage and find it's not correct address. The staff was super accommodating and helpful. Some of them don't speak good English but eventually you can understand. Breakfast is just ok.

✓ It very tranquil and quiet, the rooms are very nice, the breakfast is excellent and the hospitality is amazing. It has beautiful Rooftoop terrace to see the stars with view apon the alas as well a haman and the courtyard is beautiful as well. Thank you so much. Furthermore everything is explained very well and they went out of their way to make frel welcomed, whilst also organising superbly.

A home away from home

✓ I had an amazing trip in Marrakech largely due to the fantastic staff here. After 10 days, I can say they feel like family. They were all so friendly and kind that I felt very comfortable right from the start. Nothing was too much trouble for them to make my stay as enjoyable and easy as possible. The manager Hussein went out of his way daily to help me with anything I needed. Mohammed was also amazing and a lovely guy, in addition to the wonderful cleaner. I always came back to smiles, and it truly made my experience extra special. I can not recommend this place enough!
