A memorable stay in paradise

✓ The overall all-inclusive service, reception, room cleanliness, pool and location were perfect.

✗ I take one point out of the rating because of the following remarks: 1. Emergency exit/stairs door slamming I stayed in room 1001 at the first floor. Unfortunately for me the door leading to the emergency exit/stairs was right against my room. That same emergency exit/stairs door was used frequently by the cleaning staff, as well as all other subjects who were leaving it slamming each time going through it. Once the working day for the cleaners starts, which is around 7-7:30 AM, they began slamming it throughout their entire workind day. I have made several complaints to them, yet they did not listen and the lack of sleep early in the morning continued. This problem did not affect me solely, the whole first floor was surely experiencing this slamming of the door, but I doubt somebody has made a single complaint about it. I would strongly recommend when reserving your room, not to pick one from the first floor at least or near the emergency exit/stairs door. 2. Lobby speaker Staying in room 1001 also seems to have another disadvantage. A lobby speaker is positioned right above the stairs on the other side of the bathroom wall. If you are in the bathroom, you will hear the lobby music as long as the employees at reception haven't stopped it. They usually stop it around midnight, but when it gets 8AM and you sleep, then you might be awaken by it. Yes, it can be heard within the room, not only the bathroom. My suggestion is to avoid this room.

✗ Staff were basically friendly, not enough in my mind: didn’t smile, spoke little or no English. Also the loud radio in the pool area made it uncomfortable to stay for long periods around the pool.
