New, clean, very well furnished. Apt. host is super nice and polite!
✓ New apartment, super clean and furnished. The host is very polite to us. The apartment is very cozy and looks nice. The beaches and bars are super close.

Location description was moss leading , the place was out of town and we had to pass the town dump
✗ No mirror in double bed room. Extremely mouldy. Shower and hard to work. No signage outside accommodation, so taxis could not find us.

✓ Modern, spacious and clean apartment with everything we needed for our stay. The two washbasins in the bathroom were useful in allowing us (three people) to save some time. The host, Nikos, is very kind and helpful. He welcomed us early in the morning and let us leave our luggage with him while we waited for the other guests to vacate the apartment, and did the same when we had to leave the place and wait for our taxi.
✗ The only downside (and it was not the host's fault) was the unpleasant walk along the road linking the hotel with one of the main streets in Tsilivi, due to the absence of a sidewalk and the cars that were speeding next to us.

Good morning, The apartments have a balcony with chairs and a table. They don't have sunbeds. At this time the sun is from noon 13:30 -18:45. Thank you Nikos
