✓ It was very clean, there were many restaurants and convenience stores nearby and the staff in the lobby was very friendly and efficient. The parking lot was very well lit at night and it felt safe.

✓ Nothing was good whatsoever. My reservation was cancelled after it was confirmed. I drove over 24 hrs to get there, exhausted. The hateful front desk clerk was rude and lied to me about why she cancelled it and told me to get out. I offered to start over and pay then and there for a room. She looked at me with disgust and ushered me out the door. Called corporate and they confirmed she was wrong in doing so and they would "investigate". Ridiculously disrespectful.

overall I had a normal stay

✓ the location was great

✗ I booked a non smoking room and the next room someone was smoking so bad. perhaps the person books a non smoking and smoked there. authorities should be able to do something about that.
