✗ no functioning dryers for self service laundry, which I didn’t find out until after I washed my clothes. Also has bike rental bike bikes are old with flat tires, only have free women’s bikes and “Men’s” bikes are a fee
✓ Friendly and helpful staff. Great value. Lots of twin bed rooms great for a pair of friends traveling together.
✗ Limited parking spaces, though this won't effect you if you book in the off season. Rooms are on the small side, just shy of cramped. Also, being right in the thick of the main tourist area means it is hard to find cheap food. Hunt for eats in the restaurants down the side alleys to limit the financial damage.

✓ Conveniently located in XianWan, the hotel is pretty new and the staff is kind, even if not all of them can speak English. There is also the possibility to rent a bike for free (500 NTD as deposit). The room was big and clean.
