✗ Wifi was so slow it was frankly embarrassing, and the gym was substandard with malfunctioning equipment.

✓ Everything in the hotel was good with exception to the WiFi, which was woeful, kept dropping out, longest i had without it reconnecting was about 90 seconds.
✗ WiFi Connection and my only other thing was ordered a steak in the restaurant (20th Floor) and got plastic cutlery like i was on a plane or something...

We can process for tourist visa, but for unmarried couple we can't accommodate as per our hotel policy we need your Orginal married certificate upon check in.
