Very quiet place, relaxing, and a step away from the town which is just outside your door.
✓ The room was nicely furnished, with two small couches for relaxing, one of which was facing the river, outside. There was lots of natural light, and the AC/Heating unit was not noisy, which is my most common complaint.
✗ The bed was a bit soft.

Common areas for guests include our waterfront lawn, private beach, and side porches to the lodge. We also have complimentary beach chairs and picnic areas. Indoor common areas have been closed for safety because of the pandemic including the lounge.

We don't serve food here but there are many restaurants near by. I am sure if you gave them a call they would be able to work with you.

Yes, Sandaway Suites & Beach is located 1 block from the car ferry short-cut to St. Michaels. The last ferry is usually around just before sunset. Please note it's a 7-mile drive once you get across the river. Can also drive without using a ferry.
