✓ The rooms are really spacious and have good beds and very good bathrooms (we even had bathtub and a separate shower in the bathroom), daily refilled with basic cosmetic products. Also you could find a kettle, couple of cups to make a tea or instant coffee, also daily provided 2 small bottles of drinking water which was a great plus. Rooms were cleaned daily and thoroughly. Overall quality of the furniture and rooms standard was very good and we were very happy with it. Location was a very central in the Patong Beach just 1-2 minutes from famous Bangla road, full of clubs. To come to the beach, which was right after the Bangla road, took probably 10 minutes walk. The hotel also has a restaurant but we didn't try it.

✗ What was a major drawback and I would like to warn everyone about is the fact that when doing a booking I specifically booked rooms with balcony and it was literally stated in the booking itself 'room has balcony', however, at our arrival we got rooms without a balcony and we claimed immediately that we booked a different kind of room. We did not like the reaction of the receptionist when she all smiley said that there is a problem with communication and that the kind of room we booked not always has a balcony, at that point we objected that the booking specifically says 'room has balcony' and we would like to get a room we booked and payed for. She looked very annoyed that we are requesting what we payed for and said that tomorrow we need to come and ask again about the availability of such rooms. We did and agreed to be ready with our packed suitcases at certain time which we did, but again in not a friendly and nice manner she a bit angrily was commanding us to hurry up and telling us we should have been already ready. All ended well, we got the rooms with balcony and they were very nice but I feel this is a common situation in the hospitality business and could have been handled much better, calmly and in more friendly way. It caused us all an unnecessary stress and we were avoiding any contact with the reception afterwards. The interior design of the rooms is in darker tones which was making the rooms bit darker but was not any issue for us. The view was towards the street and it was very nice view, however, you need to also count with a bit of noise coming from the street of course. The noise was occasionally a bit louder for a comfortable sleep. Door to the balcony was probably a bit broken as it was hard to close and looked like it is not fitting well in the frame and with some abrupt movement could probably fall out.

✗ Maybe once a week somebody goes and cleans the lower section of the shower area Mould near drain and walls low down needs a scrub. Also not the hotels fault but people smoking in there rooms flowed through the aircon.

it’s honestly a pretty decent place. the restaurant is awesome. all the staff is very nice. could maybe be slightly chea

✓ great location, you honestly can’t beat this spot. it’s right beside bangla road. lots of restaurants near by. the hotel restaurant had very good pricing and the staff was exceptional in the restaurant. it also had a full size fridge in room which was handy.

✗ the rooms were pretty rough compared to other hotels in the area. bathrooms need some work. beds weren’t comfy. springs were totally worn out in a few spots. only gives out one key card for two people staying in the same room. wouldn’t be a big deal except you need the key card for power and ac to work in the room. friend wanted to stay behind and have a nap. so if you want to leave and come back you’ll have to bang on the door to wake them up.

The hotel do not allowto smoke in the room, just some rooms with balcony are possible.

We're sorry to inform you that hotel location is in theCenter next to Bangla Road, so we do not have any own parking, but however there are private parkubg service next to hotel about 60 Centimetre for 100 Bath per day.

Can the main guest bring more than one girl to the room through out the day but only have one stay all night/ Can guest have more than one girl visit simultaneously, with none staying the entire night?

According to Hotel Policy, limited 1 room for 2 person, the guest would be allowed to bring and additional person (Joiner) in to the rooms. Hotel will charge 1,500.-THB for the 3rd Person.

How much does a speed cost from your hotel to kot lanta?

You mean the price for A SPEED BOAT from our hotel to Koh Lanta, right? If so, the price is 1,400 THB net/per person

Hotel's not charge for your joiner , like 2 hours if you are reserve room for 2 pax. and check in only you. For hotel information, hotel will charge incase of 3rd pax only. HOtel limited stays in room for 2 pax only.
